March 17: Baltimore will be the scene of the world premiere of "Mr. Belvedere Goes to College," starring Clifton Webb and Shirley Temple, it was announced yesterday. The premiere at the New Theater the night of March 31 will mark the twentieth anniversary of its ownership and operation by Morris A. Mechanic.
