THE BALTIMORE SUN

Jeanne F. Mignon, a Russet resident and a property manger in Baltimore, has been tapped to head the Jessup-Maryland City Small Area Planning Committee.

Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens asked Mignon and 17 other residents and business people to help draft plans to guide the use of private property and public spending in the Jessup and Maryland City area over the next 25 years.

The group is one six community planning committees Owens is appointing to examine growth-related issues in western and southern Anne Arundel.

The other members of the committee are: Laurel residents Annalisa Brooks, Russell W. Cole, Mary Ellen Cooper, Patrick M. Cox, Dana R. Harzer, Jean A. Larson, Stephen C. Schmitt, Jeanne Sequeira, Kathleen I. Smallwood and Mark R. Tueting; Jessup residents Keven A. Falls, Audrey E. Harris, Kevin J. McParland, Alvera M. Miller, Lorraine L. Rohlik and Sarah B. Shannon; and Robert R. Strott of Stevensville.
