Baltimore City
Northwestern District
Shooting: A male, 17, was at Belle Avenue and Garrison Boulevard about 4 p.m. yesterday when he became involved in an altercation with several men. As the teen-ager ran away, one of the men pulled a handgun and fired several shots, striking the teen-ager once in the head. The victim fled down an alley to a house in the 3900 block of W. Cold Spring Lane, where a resident called 911. Police said the youth was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment of a graze head wound and was released. Police said several males, some witnesses and others believed to be suspects in the shooting were interviewed at police headquarters.
Western District
Robbery: A male, 14, was in the 2300 block of W. Baltimore St. about 7 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his leather coat, valued at more than $250.
Central District
Stolen car: A four-door gold-colored 1992 Chrysler with tags FXF 535 was stolen Sunday in the 1500 block of Druid Hill Ave.
Southwestern District
Robbery: A man, 35, was in the 200 block of S. Augusta Ave. about 7: 35 p.m. Sunday when two men, one armed with a knife, robbed him of $5.
Northern District
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 700 block of Puritan Road through a rear door Sunday and stole several pieces of antique jewelry and dinner settings of Royal Danish silverware, all valued at an undisclosed large sum of money.
Southern District
Burglary: Someone broke into a CSX Railroad boxcar parked in the 300 block of McComas St. yesterday and stole four cases of Corona beer valued at $80.
Baltimore County
Essex Precinct
Robbery: A man and woman were in the 900 block of Holgate Drive about 11: 15 p.m. Saturday when three men, one armed with a handgun and another with a baseball bat, robbed them of $18.
Parkville Precinct
Robbery: A man, 39, was walking near his home in the 2600 block of Hillcrest Ave. about 8: 15 p.m. Sunday when three men threw him to the ground and robbed him of a bottle containing prescribed tablets of Dilantin.
Towson Precinct
Robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the Party Center store in the 6300 block of York Road of more than $200 about 3: 45 p.m. Sunday.
Garrison Precinct
Burglary: Two bicycles with a combined value of $300 were stolen from a garage in the 400 block of Greenwood Road between Feb. 21 and Sunday.
