Sigler's 'Foods and Nudes'

THE BALTIMORE SUN

Tammra Sigler, Baltimore painter who also frequently works in monoprints, has created a whole exhibition of monoprints at Goya-Girl Press, and it's on view at the printmaking atelier and gallery now.

Called "Foods and Nudes," it contains nudes drawn from live models plus still lifes of foods including sushi, chicken wings, crabs and martinis. So maybe it should be called "Foods and Nudes and Drink." The show includes no fewer than 60 monoprints.

At Goya-Girl Press, 3000 Chestnut Ave., through March 20, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. For information, call 410-366-2001.
