Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Robbery: A woman armed with a small-caliber handgun and her unarmed male accomplice robbed a Pizza Calzoni deliveryman of $80 about 11: 45 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of Riggs Ave.

Theft: A cutting torch was used to dismantle a 12-foot-long wrought-iron fence outside a vacant house in the 1000 block of W. Lafayette Ave. The theft was reported yesterday and the value of the fence was not known.

Southeastern District

Robbery/shootings: A gunman and two accomplices shot two teen-age males and robbed them of $10 about 8: 30 p.m. Monday in the first block of S. Highland Ave. Detective Christopher Smith said one victim was shot in the neck and the other in the face. Tommy David, 15, of the 2400 block of Orleans St., and Rodney Williams, 18, of the 3300 block of Noble St., were in stable condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital. No arrests had been made.

Eastern District

Theft: Cash, a cellular phone, three diamond rings, three watches -- all valued at $1,150 -- and two checks, totaling $2,500, were stolen from a 1985 Plymouth station wagon parked Monday in the 1300 block of N. Kenwood Ave.

Burglary: Clothing, silverware and several vases, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Monday from an EZ Store Self-Storage locker in the 3800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Burglary: Three ladders, a cellular phone, nail gun, paint sprayer, two propane tanks and cutting torch equipment, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 1800 block of N. Collington Ave.

Northwestern District

Assault: Police were seeking two teen-age males, one with a handgun, who chased a boy, 14, in the 2800 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway Monday. The armed youth threatened to shoot the boy, who escaped uninjured.

Northern District

Theft: A raincoat and a leather carrying bag, all valued at $200, were stolen Monday from a 1989 Chrysler New Yorker parked in the 5000 block of Govane Ave.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Burglary: A bicycle valued at $130 was stolen Monday from a shed in the 2300 block of Ruth Ave.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A man armed with a knife robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive of $60 about 10 p.m. Monday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A fax machine, power tools and office equipment were stolen between Friday and Monday from a construction company trailer parked at a construction site in the 300 block of E. Joppa Road.

Burglary: Jewelry, clothing, cash and compact discs were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 6600 block of Collinsdale Road.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Subway sandwich shop in the 100 block of Reisterstown Road of less than $100 about 7 p.m. Monday.

Theft: Jewelry valued at an undisclosed large sum was stolen from a jewelry salesman's car parked Monday outside a restaurant in the 1000 block of Reisterstown Road.

Burglary: A microwave oven valued at $400 was stolen from a house under construction in the first block of Stonegate Court during the weekend.

Burglary: Someone entered a house under construction in the 4500 block of Ingham Spur through a rear sliding glass door between Friday and Monday and stole a kitchen range and several sheets of plywood.
