Postal Service issues hospice care stamp

The U.S. Postal Service began selling a hospice care stamp yesterday in recognition of the hospices, workers and volunteers.

"The end of human life remains one of the most sensitive subjects for discussion," said Karen Feroli, associate director of Carroll Home Care/Hospice. "But increased public education on hospice is a healthy and constructive way to let people know they do have options that give them more control over their final day."
