THE BALTIMORE SUN

A woman was killed and four children and a man were injured Saturday when two vehicles collided at an intersection in Largo, said Prince George's County police.

Police said Adediwura Odu- tayo-Okanlawon, 38, of Bowie was driving a 1987 Mitsubishi van south on Harry S. Truman Drive about 6: 30 p.m. when it collided with a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am traveling west on Prince Place.

The van overturned and Odutayo-Okanlawon, who suffered extensive injuries, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Four children in the van and the unidentified man driving the Pontiac were taken to Prince George's Hospital Center in Cheverly, police said. They said the injuries were not life-threatening. Three children were released and one was admitted. Information on the man was not available.
