Valentine exhibit at Surratt House

Historic Surratt House Museum in Clinton pays tribute to the Golden Age of Valentines with an exhibit of Victorian Valentine greeting cards Saturday and Sunday and Feb. 11-14. The display includes more than 75 antique cards dating from the 1840s through the turn of the century and reproductions of box and mechanical valentines.

The museum is at 9118 Brandywine Road. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday-Friday. Admission is $3, $2 seniors, $1 ages 5-18. Tours of the museum are included in the admission price. Call 301-868-1121.

Keystone Chocolatefest

Sample sweet indulgences Sunday afternoon at the annual Keystone Chocolatefest at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey, Pa. More than 50 bakeries, caterers, candy makers, restaurants and culinary schools offer a taste of chocolate and non-chocolate creations. You can preview the decadent delights at a champagne reception preceding the Chocolatefest. And, if you prefer to spend the weekend at Chocolate Capital, you can dance the night away Saturday at the black-tie Keystone ChocolateBall.

All events take place in the Great American Hall at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center and benefit the Keystone Partnership. Hours for the Chocolatefest are 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (admission: $15, $5 ages 4-12); the champagne reception 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. (admission: $50-$150); and the ChocolateBall, 6:30 p.m. to midnight (tickets: $100-$150).
