Kevin Murnane of John A. Lamon and Associates Inc. of Annapolis has been named vice president of special events and promotions for World Class Promotions. Murnane will coordinate and direct a new division called World Class Events as part of the World Class Promotions company.

Patricia L. McMahon will join Severn Savings Bank as a mortgage loan officer. She will specialize in originating residential and commercial mortgage loans for the bank, which has mortgage loan offices at 1919-A West St., Annapolis.

Ken Clark recently joined Maryland Permanent Bank in Glen Burnie. He will be responsible for commercial loans and real estate financing for businesses in Glen Burnie, Pasadena and surrounding areas.
