Arrest: Monte F. Jones, 35, of the 1100 block of N. Milton Ave., who was charged in a warrant Jan. 6 with burglary, was arrested yesterday and charged with trespassing in the 4300 block of Brehms Lane. Police said nearly 20 additional burglary charges were pending against Jones.
Theft: A leg brace, a radio and tennis shoes, all valued at $880, were stolen Tuesday from a 1991 Honda parked in the 900 block of S. Charles St.
Shooting: A man, 19, was in the 2000 block of Hilton St. on Saturday when a man shot him in the left hand during an attempted robbery. The victim reported the shooting Tuesday while being treated for the infected wound at Union Memorial Hospital.
Burglary: P olice were seeking a man known as "Tony," who is suspected of breaking into the Hilton Carryout in the 3300 block of W. Baltimore St. on Tuesday and stealing state lottery tickets valued at $600 and cigarettes worth $60.
Theft: A stereo equalizer, a compact disc player and 40 compact discs, all valued at $1,700, were stolen Tuesday from a car parked in the 1000 block of Rockhill Ave.
Burglary: A bicycle and a jacket, all valued at nearly $2,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1400 block of Bolton St.
Burglary: A 13-inch TV, a videocassette recorder, compact discs and a radio, all valued at $1,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 200 block of W. Lanvale St.
Theft: Clothing valued at $1,700 was stolen from a 1998 Volkswagen station wagon parked Tuesday in the 500 block of W. Pratt St.
Theft: Someone entered a house in the 1000 block of Morton St. on Tuesday and stole a watch valued at $2,000.
Theft: Jewelry, medication and cash, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Tuesday from a 1995 Ford van parked in the 200 block of W. Mulberry St.
Shooting: A man, 56, was asleep in the bedroom of his house in the 4200 block of Old York Road about 1: 45 a.m. Tuesday when he was shot in the right knee by someone firing a handgun outside. The man was treated at Union Memorial Hospital. Police recovered several shell casings, and said the shooting was being investigated.
Robbery: A gunman robbed Mr. Tire in the 1700 block of E. Joppa Road of more than $100 about 7: 30 p.m. Tuesday.

Robbery: A deliveryman was in a service elevator at Golden Ring Mall about 10 a.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of more than $300.
Burglary: Cash, a videocassette recorder, linen, computer equipment, jewelry and other property, all valued at more than $17,000, were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the first block of Leatherwood Place.
Bank robbery: A man robbed Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan in the 7800 block of Philadelphia Road of an undisclosed sum of money Tuesday after giving a teller a note saying he had a bomb. No explosive device was displayed.
