The Baltimore man accused of robbing and shooting a pizza delivery driver New Year's Day was being brought back to Howard County yesterday evening from North Carolina, where federal authorities arrested him Saturday, officials said.
Charles A. Mosley, 19, faces 26 charges in the incident that left a pizza delivery driver wounded.
"He waived his right to fight extradition," said Howard police Sgt. Morris Carroll.
Another Baltimore man, Naim Quinton Abdul-Muhaimain, 20, is accused of helping Mosley in the robbery and shooting. He was arrested with Mosley in North Carolina and faces numerous charges stemming from the robbery, authorities said.
An FBI official said Howard County detectives would pick up Abdul-Muhaimain tomorrow.
