Two men fatally shot in separate incidents

THE BALTIMORE SUN

The body of a 24-year-old man was found with apparent gunshot wounds yesterday afternoon beneath a highway overpass west of downtown Baltimore -- one of two weekend deaths being investigated by homicide detectives.

Police said Antonio Hall of the 2500 block of W. Pratt St. was found about 2 p.m. under the overpass near the 600 block of W. Franklin St.

Police said it appeared that Hall had been shot several times.

The other victim, Antoine Darnell Rogers, 22, of the 2700 block of Orleans St., died early yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Police investigating an anonymous call reporting gunshots found Rogers about 10: 30 p.m. Friday, shot numerous times and lying on a sidewalk in the 1900 block of Etting St.

Police said they have no suspects in either shooting.
