"I think that 'Hello, Mrs. Piggle Wiggle' by Betty B. MacDonald is a great book. I like the illustrations. One picture shows a boy standing on his head and showing off to his father. The cry-baby cure is funny because she goes in a flood and starts crying. It is a fantastic book!"

"One of my favorites is 'Hippo Lemonade' by Mike Thaler, because hippos are one of my favorite animals. I like when Snake told a ghost story. He began by saying, 'One dark night in the jungle.' The other story that I read was called 'Clouds.' In the pictures the clouds looked like animals."
