Baltimore County police arrested one man and were seeking another yesterday in the fatal shooting Tuesday of one teen-ager and the wounding of another.

Police spokeswoman Cpl. A second youth, whose name was not released, was wounded and was in fair condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Warehime said Skordalos was being held without bail at the county's Detention Center.
