Southern District
Robbery: A woman, 41, was in the 1200 block of Bush St. about 11: 30 p.m. Monday when a man shoved her to the ground and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $30.
Burglary: Someone entered Short Stop Bar & Lounge in the 1400 block of Washington Blvd. through an exterior wall Sunday and stole an undisclosed sum of money from a cash box and two poker machines. A first-aid kit also was stolen.
Southwestern District
Rape: After a woman, 22, accepted a ride with two men in the 2400 block of W. Baltimore St. about 12: 05 a.m. Monday, they drove to the rear of Edmondson High School in the 500 block of N. Athol Ave., where the men raped her, struck her with a baseball bat and set her clothing on fire. The woman extinguished the flames and stopped a passer-by who called police. The men were seen driving away in an Acura Legend with tags EXL 277 and with a Christmas wreath tied on the grille that was stolen earlier in Towson. The woman was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and released.
Theft: An industrial pipe wrench valued at $300 was stolen Monday from a Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. truck parked in the 200 block of Furrow St.
Robbery: Two men assaulted another man, 18, in the 400 block of Wilmington Ave. about 9 p.m. Monday and stole his boots valued at $40.
Stolen car: A 1991 Dodge Shadow with tags FTM 943 was stolen Monday in the 2200 block of Roslyn Ave.
Stolen car: A 1986 Toyota Camry with tags 468 BAB was stolen Monday in the 500 block of Nottingham Road.
Stolen truck: A 1993 Dodge van owned by State Sales and Service Corp. with tags 888048M was stolen Monday from company property in the 3400 block of Benson Ave.
Northwestern District
Burglary/arrest: Officer William Holtz was pulling up in front of Prince of Printing in the 5300 block of Park Heights Ave. to investigate a burglary there Monday when he saw a man, 33, leaving the front door and arrested him. Recovered from the man was a compact disc player, several compact discs and cash. The man was charged with burglary.
Robbery: A man, 24, was in the 3600 block of Hayward Ave. about 8: 30 p.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of a leather jacket, compact disc player and several compact discs, all valued at nearly $300.
Stolen car: A 1997 Plymouth with tags EHX 349 was stolen Monday in the 4000 block of Cedardale Road.
Eastern District
Stolen car: A Jeep with tags 911852M was stolen Monday in the 2100 block of Homewood Ave.
Northern District
Theft: A book bag containing an electronic organizer, toilet articles, compact discs, a camera and other property, all valued jTC at more than $500, was stolen Monday from a 1995 Chevrolet parked in the 2900 block of Guilford Ave.
Theft: A .38-caliber revolver was stolen Monday from the bedroom of a house in the 3600 block of Greenmount Ave.
Theft: A pair of plaid pajamas, several towels and a set of wash cloths were stolen Monday from a 1995 Nissan parked in the 5700 block of Rockspring Road.
North Point Precinct
Theft: Stereo equipment valued at $200 was stolen from a 1987 Pontiac parked in the 3900 block of North Point Blvd. on Monday.
Vandalism: Someone shattered two windows of a 1999 Ford F-350 pickup truck parked on the lot at Norris Ford at Merritt Boulevard and North Point Road on Monday. Damage was set at $700.
Burglary: Computer equipment valued at nearly $700 was stolen from an apartment in the 2900 block of Sollers Point Road on Monday by someone who entered through a door.
Burglary: At least $500 was stolen from an apartment in the 2900 block of Liberty Parkway on Monday by someone who entered through a window.
Vandalism: Someone shattered the windshield of a 1993 Dodge Shadow parked in the 7800 block of Meath Road on Monday, causing $200 damage.
Theft/arrest: A woman, 38, was arrested Monday when she tried to leave the Value City department store in the 7800 block of Eastern Blvd. without paying for clothing valued at $23.
Towson Precinct
Burglary: Someone entered Jacqueline Coady Salon in Towson Town Center overnight Monday and stole more than $2,000 in cash and checks from a safe and a cabinet.
