Tonight: The Northeast Division-leading Toronto Maple Leafs, first in the NHL in goals with 105, play host to the Pacific Division-leading Dallas Stars, one of the league's stingiest teams with just 62 goals allowed.
Avalanche: Craig Billington was credited with the victory in Colorado's 4-2 win over Anaheim on Monday night despite playing less than two minutes and not facing a shot. Canadiens: Montreal is 0-5-5 in December.
