Lysa Charles, M.D., has joined the medical staff of North Arundel Health System. The Ellicott City resident is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society. She will practice with Chesapeake Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center in Glen Burnie.

Concetta "Tina" Cho has joined Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty Inc. as a sales associate. She will work from the company's Ellicott City office.
