Theodore G. Hart: An obituary in yesterday's editions of The Sun incorrectly stated the time of services for Theodore G. Hart, founder and president of a real estate and property management firm who died Dec. 3. A memorial Mass for Mr. Hart, who was 78, will be offered at 10 a.m. today at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 3615 Harford Road.
