Elkridge: A burglar entered a home in 9200 block of Ducketts Lane through an unlocked front door and stole Christmas gifts worth $400 Tuesday or Wednesday.

Harper's Choice: Burglars entered a home in the 5400 block of Wooden Hawk Circle through a window Tuesday and stole a videocassette recorder, compact disc player, coins and jewelry.

Scaggsville: A burglar entered a garage in the 10600 block of Graeloch Road and stole a bicycle, bow and tools Tuesday or Wednesday.

Savage: Prowlers entered a storage garage of Frank's Service Co. in the 9300 block of Vollmerhausen Road on Tuesday or Wednesday by cutting fiberglass siding. Nothing was taken.
