Romita, Concordia join Becker Group
The Becker Group has named Victor Romita chief operating officer and executive vice president. The Baltimore-based company, which designs and produces holiday decorations for business and commercial centers worldwide, also named Michael Concordia vice president of sales.
Romita, a 13-year veteran of IBM Corp., most recently was area sales executive in charge of the southern region of IBM Global Services. Concordia was vice president of Godiva Chocolatier, a division of Campbell Soup Co. Before that, he was with Procter & Gamble Co.
Haas names Wetzler senior vice president
Haas Tailoring Co. appointed Phil Wetzler as senior vice president. A Baltimore native, he joins Haas after nearly 10 years in New York in senior management positions with J. Schoeneman and Hartz and Co. He previously had been vice president and national sales manager of London Fog Men's Division.
He will focus on sales and marketing, heading a "quick response" program allowing the more-than-century-old Baltimore clothier to provide single unit sales of special and custom-tailored orders to retailers within weeks of an order.
McCormick promotes Sticka to financial planning chief
McCormick & Co. promoted Lynn Sticka to manager-financial planning. A 10-year employee of the spice and flavorings maker in Sparks, she is an MBA graduate of Loyola College and a certified public accountant. The Clarksville resident is active with several local and national professional accounting organizations.

Reeves promotes Jackson; Cavanaugh is senior VP
The Reeves Agency hired Christopher F. Cavanaugh as senior vice president for client services, and promoted William Dell Jackson to account executive.
Cavanaugh, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, will supervise account service teams and print production as well as develop new client service strategies and promotions. He comes to Reeves from Baltimore Magazine, where he was responsible for promotional campaign strategy, management and new business development.
Jackson, who was with the Chicago-based Beaman Inc. agency before joining Reeves last year, will have among his primary responsibilities media relations, release writing, database development and events coordination.
Paul Eagle joins Imre as senior account executive
Imre & Associates, a Towson-based strategic marketing and public relations house, said Paul Eagle joined the staff as a senior account executive. He will focus on media relations and communications. A Baltimore resident and California State University graduate, Eagle formerly was a Peace Corps press officer and a volunteer in Africa. He is a published author of several short stories on his African experiences and is a Best in Maryland award winner.

Blair, Fenton partners at Piper & Marbury
Piper & Marbury named Koren Blair and Mitchell Fenton partners in the Baltimore-based law firm's New York office. They previously were partners at Graham and James working in the commercial mortgage-backed securitization area.
Blair, a 1978 graduate of the University of Virginia, received her law degree from Emory University. Fenton holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Connecticut.

M. John Meyer promoted to principal at KLNB
KLNB Inc. named M. John Meyer as a principal. He had been a marketing and leasing representative for the Manekin Corp. before joining the Towson-based regional commercial real estate firm as an associate. He will work out of the firm's Calverton location. A graduate of Tulane University and Johns Hopkins University, the Baltimore County resident is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the board of the Jewish Vocational Service.
