The Rev. Dwight L. Lloyd of Baltimore has been named manager for Katz Insurance Agency's Annapolis office. In his new role, Lloyd will supervise the Annapolis office, including the writing of new policies, creating incentive programs for employees and hiring and scheduling.

Patricia Landay has been made an associate financial planner with MetLife Securities Inc., with an office at Gateway Financial Group in Linthicum. Landay provides financial planning through personal analysis, which helps clients plan for financial responsibilities. Landay has been affiliated with MetLife for more than eight years as an account representative and recruiting coordinator.

Robert A. Tollenger of Pasadena has joined the sales and marketing division of Consolidated Papers Inc. as senior district manager. Tollenger will work from Consolidated's Baltimore/Washington D.C. sales office.

Joseph Bracone, regional vice president of Citizens National Bank, was honored as the West Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year at the 37th Meet Your Neighbor/Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Bracone is chairman of the chamber's finance committee and a past president.

John W. Kostic, a registered Maryland property line surveyor, has joined McCrone Inc. as project manager in the Annapolis Survey Department. Kostic's responsibilities include overseeing survey operations for the Annapolis and Prince Frederick offices. His expertise includes electronic surveying, data collections, computations and the use of AutoCAD and Microstation CADD systems.
