Baltimore County police investigating the fatal shooting Saturday night of a Rockdale man said last night that no arrest had been made and that a motive remains unknown.

Police said Raymond Martin Wallace Jr., 19, of the 3600 block of Valley Terrace was walking alone in the 3600 block of Yennar Lane at Church Lane in Rockdale about 8: 45 p.m. when someone shot him at least once in the upper body.

Police said Garrison Precinct officers responding to a report of shots fired near the intersection found Wallace, who was taken to Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
