Eighty percent of the buyers in the Cecil County community must have one household member 55 or older, and no one under 18 may be a permanent resident.

Manufactured by Ritz-Craft Homes, the Potomac starts at $62,900 for 1,400 square feet.

It has a small front porch, foyer with guest closet, 19-by-13-foot living room, 10-by-12-foot dining room, 13-by-13-foot kitchen with work island, utility room, full hall bath and linen closet, 12-by-10-foot guest bedroom and master suite with a 14-by-13-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with soaking tub and separate shower.

The Sassafras, another Ritz-Craft home, costs $40,900 for 1,120 square feet.

At the center of the home are a 16-by-16-foot living room, 9-by-9-foot dining room and 11-by-10-foot kitchen. A utility room and owner's quarters with a 13-by-11-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and shower bath occupy the right side of the house. Two more bedrooms and a full hall bath are on the left.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Take Interstate 95 north to Route 272, go south to a left on U.S. 40 and north to Cecil Woods on the left.
