Westminster: A resident of Stacy Lee Drive told police Wednesday that someone took his bicycle from the rear of his home. Loss is estimated at $349.

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 2: 12 a.m. yesterday to a fire alarm in the 200 block of Memorial Drive. Units were out three minutes.
