Fires

Mount Airy: Firefighters assisted Howard County at 10: 33 a.m. Sunday, responding to a fire on Interstate 70 at Mile Marker 73. Units were out two minutes.

Mount Airy: Firefighters from Mount Airy and Lisbon responded at 3: 54 p.m. Saturday to a woods and auto fire in the 3900 block of Twin Arch Road. Units were out one hour and 25 minutes.

Police

Woodbine: A Westminster man told police Friday that someone stole a toolbox Oct. 22 from the back of his truck while it was parked in the driveway of a residence in the 5600 block of Woodbine Road. The loss was estimated at $525.
