Chris Noth returns in character as Det. Mike Logan from "Law & Order" in "Exiled" (9 p.m.-11 p.m. tomorrow, WBAL, Channel 11), a Sunday movie. Last seen slugging a grandstanding city councilman, Logan has been sent into New York-style exile, working domestic squabbles on Staten Island. But a murder case involving a prostitute could lead him back to his old haunts.
Sam Waterston and Jerry Orbach are among the "L&O;" folks who make an appearance.

"Little Men" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., Pax) -- Michelle Rene Thomas and Spencer Rochfort star in the new series based on the novel by Louisa May Alcott. Set in a 19th-century Massachusetts school for boys, it follows the lives of the adults who run the school as well as the children they care for.
"Intimate Portrait" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., Lifetime) -- Ann Richards, former governor of Texas, is profiled. Richards' administration is noted for reducing crime, introducing environmental legislation and appointing minorities.

"The X-Files" (9 p.m.-10 p.m., WBFF, Channel 45) -- Those who missed this summer's "X-Files" movie shouldn't feel too lost in tonight's sixth-season opener, as Mulder's appearance before an FBI board offers the chance for him to recount much of what happened. But the night isn't all rehash: There's a new bad thing in town with razor-sharp claws, and both Mulder & Scully and the Cigarette Smoking Man are after it. Fox.
