Taneytown: Firefighters from Taneytown, Harney, Union Bridge, Emmitsburg (Frederick County), and Littlestown and Kingsdale, Pa., responded at 5: 29 p.m. Thursday to an apartment fire in the 200 block of East Baltimore St. Units were out 20 minutes.
