Westminster Jaycees sponsoring meet-the-candidate event 0) tomorrow

The Westminster Jaycees are having a meet-the-candidate event from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. tomorrow at the Westminster City Recreation Center.

Candidates for all offices have been invited to meet with the public, answer questions and discuss issues.

The recreation center is at 11 Longwell Ave.

Reese: Firefighters responded at 7: 53 p.m. Wednesday to a carbon-monoxide alarm in the 2100 block of Baltimore Blvd. Units were out 20 minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 1: 56 p.m. Wednesday to a fire alarm on North Center Street. Units were out two minutes.

Police

Westminster: A resident of Eagles Court reported Tuesday that someone removed a rear tail-light section from his vehicle while it was parked on the street. Loss was estimated at $125.
