Westminster: Firefighters from Westminster, Reese, Pleasant Valley and Manchester responded at 1: 57 a.m. yesterday to a trash fire inside Carroll Plaza Shopping Center. Units were out 50 minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 10: 24 p.m. Saturday to a fire alarm in the 400 block of N. Center St. Units were out three minutes.
