The Tandoori Paste with its strong cumin, coriander and ginger flavors added some real spice to grilled chicken. The Jalfrezi cooking sauce was dominated by sweet peppers and coconut just as the label claimed. Other products in the Patak's line include Dopiaza mild cooking sauce and Saag medium cooking sauce as well as a number of interesting chutneys.
