Fires

Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Pleasant Valley, Westminster, and Littlestown, Pa., responded at 7: 24 p.m. Saturday to a chimney fire in the 4000 block of Chilcoat Drive. Units were out 56 minutes.

Taneytown: Firefighters responded at 6: 22 p.m. Friday to a woods fire on Baseshores Mill Road. Units were out an hour and 23 minutes.
