Central District
Arrest: A male, 17, suspected of stealing a minivan, was arrested after striking a second stolen car suspect with the vehicle in the 2500 block of Madison Ave. about 4 a.m. yesterday. One suspect was playing in the street about 4 a.m. when his friend accidentally struck him with a minivan stolen in West Baltimore. The injured youth was in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The youth who struck him was charged with auto theft and assault. Charges against the injured youth were pending.
Southern District
Burglary: A 19-inch television, compact disc player and a radio, all valued at $600, were stolen Monday from a house in the 1400 block of W. Lombard St.
Burglary: A videocassette recorder, 12-gauge shotgun, coins and cash, all valued at more than $200, were stolen Monday from a house in the 3700 block of Pennington Ave.
Southwestern District
Shooting: A man, 22, was in the 2000 block of Hollins St. about 2 p.m. Monday when he heard gunshots and felt pain in his left arm and right leg. The man was treated at Bon Secours Hospital for bullet wounds to the left arm and right ankle.
Eastern District
Burglary: Jewelry and cash, all valued at more than $1,500, were stolen Monday from a house in the 900 block of N. Kresson St.
Burglary: Several pieces of antique furniture valued at nearly $2,000 were stolen Monday from a house in the 1500 block of E. North Ave.
Western District
Stolen car: When the owner of a 1993 Dodge Spirit with tags EDB 721 left his car parked in the 1300 block of W. North Ave. on Monday with the keys in the ignition, two male hitchhikers he picked up earlier stole the car.
Garrison Precinct
Arrests: A man wanted on a warrant for failing to appear for an unspecified crime and a female friend were arrested Monday after they allegedly broke into an apartment in the 12000 block of Tarragon Road in Reisterstown and threatened two female occupants at knifepoint. Charged with burglary, assault and related offenses and held at the county Detention Center on $2 million bail is Craig Harris, 26, a resident of Tarragon Road. Sarah Ingram, 21, of the 200 block of Caraway Road, Reisterstown, was charged with unspecified crimes and released on her own recognizance.

Suspect arrested: Courtney "Country" Noakes, 18, of the 2300 block of Bryant Ave. was arrested at home yesterday on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the July 17 shooting of Stephen Gabriel, 36, in the 2200 block of Whittier Ave. Noakes was being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center.
