Westminster: A resident of East Main Street reported Wednesday that someone threw a rock through a shed window at the rear of the home. Damage was estimated at $125.

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 2: 24 p.m. Thursday to a fire alarm in the first block of Monroe St. Units were out 23 minutes.
