Taneytown: Firefighters responded at 7: 14 a.m. Tuesday to a carbon-monoxide detector in the first block of Grand Drive. Units were out 30 minutes.

Taneytown: Firefighters responded at 9: 39 p.m. Tuesday to a residential fire alarm in the 1900 block of John Shirk Road. Units were out 21 minutes.
