An editorial Aug. 17 in The Sun in Anne Arundel incorrectly described a lawsuit against 2nd District County Council candidate Robert G. Pepersack. A 1997 federal judgment of $31,100 against him and his top deputy involved allegations of gender discrimination, not sexual harassment. The Sun regrets the error.
