Westminster: Firefighters responded at 1: 49 p.m. Monday to a fire alarm in the 200 block of Memorial Ave. Units were out five minutes.

Westminster: A Shaeffer Avenue resident told police Monday that a window was broken while her vehicle was parked at her home. Damage was estimated at $100.
