Harney: Firefighters responded at 12: 47 p.m. Wednesday to a tractor fire on Harney Road. Units were out five minutes.

Harney: Firefighters responded at 4: 02 p.m. Wednesday to a field fire on Taneytown Road. Units were out 40 minutes.
