Police seek girl, 17, last seen leaving Eldersburg home

Baltimore County police were searching for a Carroll County girl who was last seen about 7 a.m. yesterday when she left home for a baby-sitting job at the Bentley Park apartments on Chartley Park Road in Reisterstown.

Police said Shen Poehlman, 17, of Eldersburg met the man hTC Monday and agreed to baby-sit for him.

When she failed to return home, her parents called Baltimore County police. Police planned to question the man last night.

The teen-ager is white, 5 feet 6, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Police said she drives a light blue 1984 Honda Accord with license tags DDB 719. The car has a burned-out headlight.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-887-2198.
