THE BALTIMORE SUN

Ground was broken for a housing development in Bolton Hill this week that will be built at the former site of Eutaw Gardens, a public housing complex at Eutaw Place and North Avenue that was demolished last year.

City officials said the $13 million community of 86 brick townhouses, priced at more than $100,000 each, will be known as Spicer's Run. Spicer's Run development is designed to attract young professionals and moderate-income families to city living and to revitalize the area.
