Taneytown: Firefighters from Pleasant Valley, Harney, Westminster and the Carroll County Advanced Tactical Rescue Team assisted Taneytown at 2: 32 p.m. Tuesday, responding to a silo fire in the 3400 block of Old Taneytown Road. Units were out three hours and six minutes.
