Southwestern District
Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a motorist of $5 in the 1300 block of Bloomingdale Road about 5 a.m. Monday. The victim reported the robbery Tuesday.
Robbery: Two girls were in the 4200 block of Seminole Ave. about 1 p.m. Tuesday when a teen-age male with a knife robbed them of books valued at $25.
Eastern District
Shooting: A man, 22, was in the 900 block of E. Biddle St. about 11 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman shot him five times with a .38 caliber revolver. He was in stable condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Robbery: A man was leaving a store in the 1000 block of N. Luzerne Ave. about 9 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $20. The men then took the victim to his home, where they robbed him of $280.
Northern District
Theft from vehicle: An AM-FM compact disc player and six compact discs, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Tuesday from a 1990 Ford truck parked in the 100 block of W. 27th St.
Stolen car: A 1988 Acura Legend with tags RCH 549 and equipped with an anti-theft device and an alarm was stolen Tuesday in the 4300 block of N. Charles St.
Burglary: Someone entered an office in Whitehead Hall at Johns Hopkins University in the 3400 block of N. Charles St. on Tuesday and stole computer equipment, cash and a carrying bag, all valued at more than $3,000.
Towson Precinct
Robbery: A blond woman in her mid-30s, armed with a handgun, robbed the Royal Farm store in the 7200 block of York Road of cash and food, all valued at nearly $450, about 3: 20 a.m. Tuesday. She ordered employees into a rear bathroom and fled.
Essex Precinct
Robbery: A man was in the 9600 block of Pulaski Highway about 12: 30 a.m. Tuesday when two men threw him down and took his wallet containing personal papers.
North Point Precinct
Theft: A guitar valued at $600 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 7300 block of Berkshire Road.
Theft/arrest: A man, 22, was arrested Tuesday when he attempted to leave Ames department store in the 8400 block of Eastern Blvd. without paying for an electric drill valued at $50.
Theft: Two mountain bikes valued at $1,600 were stolen Tuesday from the back yard of a house in the 9000 block of Dalton Ave.
Parkville Precinct
Burglary: Tools and fishing equipment, all valued at more than $5,000, were stolen Tuesday from ABC Rentals in the 8500 block of Old Harford Road.
