The Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission has invited Neal I. Payton of CHK Architects and Planners Inc. and landscape architect Chris Batten to give presentations on creative land-use planning for the Freedom area.

Area residents are welcome to attend the free program at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Liberty High School auditorium, 5855 Bartholow Road, Eldersburg.

The presentations are being given in conjunction with the Freedom Area Citizens Advisory Committee to help residents understand alternative land-use planning concepts.
