Councilwoman Sheila Dixon will hold her seventh annual Prayer Breakfast at 8 a.m. Saturday at Pennsylvania Avenue AME Church, Pennsylvania Avenue and Dolphin Street.

The keynote speaker will be the Rev. Dennis Edwards of New Shiloh Baptist Church. The theme will be "Community-church-government working together to restore the spiritual health of our neighborhoods."

Cost of the breakfast is $20.
