Last week: Canada's Lisa Walters matched the tour's 72-hole record, shooting 67-67-65-66 for a 23-under 265 total in the Oldsmobile Classic at East Lansing, Mich. Wendy Ward set the record in the 1997 Fieldcrest Cannon Classic. Donna Andrews finished second, six strokes back.
Skinny: Andrews, the tour's money leader with $525,944, has four straight runner-up finishes. She won the Longs Drugs Challenge in April. Becky Iverson set the course and tournament records in her 1995 victory, shooting a 9-under 63 in the second round en route to a 12-under 276.

Last week: Japan's Isao Aoki won the BellSouth Senior Classic at Nashville, Tenn., shooting 62-66-70 for a two-stroke victory over Larry Nelson. Aoki also won the 1996 tournament.
Skinny: No. 7 Dave Stockton and No. 8 John Jacobs are the only players in the top 10 on the money list in the field. Jack Nicklaus, Hale Irwin, Graham Marsh and Jumbo Ozaki are playing in the U.S. Open.

Skinny: Dunakey leads the money list with $101,578. The top 15 on the final list qualify for the 1999 PGA Tour.
