Mount Airy: Firefighters from Westminster, Lisbon in Howard County, New Market in Frederick County, and Damascus and Germantown in Montgomery County assisted Mount Airy at 5: 58 a.m. Saturday, responding to an oven fire in the 1000 block of Twin Arch Road. Units were out 30 minutes.

Mount Airy: Firefighters responded at 3: 52 p.m. Saturday to a house fire in the 1000 block of Leafy Hollow Court. Units were out 59 minutes.
