Inspections disclose restaurant violations Daikim Express joins China Wall with multiple food handling infractions


Anne Arundel County health inspectors cited two food service establishments for multiple infractions and one was temporarily closed by fire during a series of inspections between May 16 and 31.

Daikim Express in the 7000 block of Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. in Glen Burnie was cited for not keeping food properly cooled and not having food adequately cooked and reheated.

In addition, China Wall in the 3000 block of Fort Meade Road in Laurel was cited for not having food at the proper temperature and having food adulterated or spoiled.

KFC in the Cromwell Field Shopping Center, on Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie was closed because of a small fire May 25. It reopened the same day.

The inspectors visited 57 other food service establishments during that period and found five with single critical food safety violations.

G & M Restaurant in the 800 block of N. Hammonds Ferry Road in Linthicum and Hardee's restaurant in the 2600 block of Ridgeview Plaza in Hanover were cited for having food that was not adequately cooked and reheated.

Hunan Delight in the 7300 block of D Parkway Drive in Hanover was cited for not holding food at proper temperature.

Romilos Restaurant in the 400 block of Ritchie Highway in Severna Park and Snyder's Willow Grove in the 800 block of N. Hammonds Ferry Road Linthicum were cited for not properly cooling food.
