Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Littlestown, Pa., assisted Pleasant Valley at 6: 30 p.m. Saturday, responding to a brush fire on Old Hanover and Silver Run Valley roads. Units were out 47 minutes.

Taneytown: Firefighters from Pleasant Valley, Harney, Union Bridge and Emmitsburg in Frederick County assisted Taneytown at 10: 23 p.m. Friday, responding to a report of smoke in a building in the 3000 block of Langdon Drive. Units were out 26 minutes.

New Windsor: Firefighters from Union Bridge and Westminster assisted New Windsor at 10: 26 a.m. Friday, responding to a house fire in the 400 block of S. Springdale Road. Units were out one hour.
