Westminster: Firefighters responded at 8: 44 p.m. Thursday to an unknown type fire on Route 27 near Old Manchester Road. Units were out 23 minutes.

Police

Westminster: A resident of Johahn Drive reported Thursday that someone smashed the driver's side window of his car while it was parked at Western Maryland College. Damage was estimated at $150.
