Chapelgate scored a 15-7 win over St. Mary's to upset the host Saints and move on in the winners bracket of the MIAA B Conference Tournament.

The Flames (12-2) broke open a 5-5 tie in the eighth inning with 10 runs on eight hits.

Junior Chris Davidson hit one of his three doubles to get the inning started and senior Toby Sumpter had two singles and four RBIs to put the game away. Davidson also knocked in three runs in the inning.
