Pleasant Valley: Firefighters responded at 8: 45 p.m. Saturday to a fire alarm in the 1400 block of Pleasant Valley Road. Units were out 23 minutes.

Harney: Firefighters assisted Frederick County at 4: 33 p.m. Friday on a brush fire at Bollinger School Road and Harney Road.

Taneytown: Firefighters from Taneytown, Harney, Emmitsburg and Littlestown, Pa., responded at 2: 26 p.m. Friday to a basement fire at 5400 Taneytown Pike. Units were out two hours.

Harney: Firefighters responded to a shed fire at 9: 51 p.m. Thursday on Waycross Court in Emmitsburg. Units were out 40 minutes.

Taneytown: Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 8: 07 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of E. Baltimore St. Units were out five minutes.
